What Does the Survey Cover?

Our survey is a comprehensive inspection of the site, focusing on key areas critical to the smooth execution of installation works:

1. Access to Site:

   • Assessment of entry points and site accessibility for our team and equipment.

   • Verification of parking availability for vehicles during the installation.

2. Access to Installation Area:

   • Inspection of scaffolding positions or other access provisions to ensure they align with installation requirements.

   • Confirmation of safe and practical access to openings for fitting.

3. Ground Conditions:

   • Evaluation of the terrain to ensure it is walkable or suitable for machinery.

4. Inspection of Installation Openings:

   • Laser measurements of all openings to confirm they meet the order specifications or are within acceptable installation tolerances.           (Max +-10mm difference between actual and drawings)

   • Verification of what material the installation will attach to, such as blockwork, timber, or concrete.

5. Review of Installation Drawings:

   • On-site consultation to address any discrepancies, uncertainties, or concerns in the provided drawings.

   • Confirmation of exact installation positions to ensure precision.

6. Site Logistics:

   • Inspection of material storage locations and distribution plans on-site.

   • Identification of lifting equipment needs (e.g., telehandler) for materials exceeding standard weight limits.
